JAMMU: Police on Tuesday nabbed a man and recovered 100 psychotropic injections from his possession.
As per details, a party of Police Station Domana led by SHO Domana Inspr. Mahesh Sharma assisted by PSI Nitish Khajuria while on patrolling duty, rounded up a suspect who tried to hide himself from Police. He was identified as Sanjay Kumar, son of Prabhu Dayal, resident of Om Nagar, Udheywalla. On search, 100 psychotropic injections were recovered, which include 50 Diazelab Injections- Diazepam and 50 Phenergan injections-Promethazine Hydrochloride. He was arrested and FIR No 182/2021 under sections 8/21/22 of NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Domana. The overall arrest and recoveries were made under supervision of SDPO Domana Kousheen Koul.
