JAMMU: Rajinder Kumar Happy has been appointed as Vice President of District Congress (Rural) Jammu. As per a press statement issued here on Tuesday, acting on directions of J&K Congress President Gulam Ahmad Mir, District Rural Congress Committee President, Th Hari Singh Chib appointed Rajinder Kumar Happy as Vice President, DCC Jammu (Rural).
Speaking on the occasion, Chib said that being a hard-working activist of party and having strong hold in rural belts of Jammu division, JK Congress Committee (Rural) decided to appoint Happy as Vice President. Further, Jagdish Raj Sarpanch Sandwan Panchayat was elected as General Secretary and Sagar Choudhary of Gho-Manhasan as Secretary, DCC (Rural), Jammu.
