Bakaya expresses concern over increasing burglaries in Tawi Vihar Sidhra

STATE TIMES NEWS
JAMMU: Vijay Bakaya, ex Chief Secretary and General Secretary Apni Party expressed concern over increasing burglaries that were taking place in Tawi Vihar Sidhra Jammu.
He stated that despite the local police having been informed and provided CCTV footage of the movement around burgled houses, no deterrent action seems to have been taken by the local police. The burglars have got emboldened to carry on with their nefarious activities and are succeeding in decamping with valuables from houses which remain unoccupied during the day as the residents go for work, or those which have no security at night. Bakaya suspected that there was some organized gang of professional thieves who had unleashed themselves on this peaceful colony. Bakaya urged the police authorities to apprehend these burglars immediately as the residents were feeling insecure and panic would set in if this phenomenon remains unchecked.
