JAMMU: Five BJP Councilors of Kathua Municipal Committee have landed in trouble with their party seeking an explanation from them after act of gross indiscipline by moving No Confidence Motion against Party elected representatives.
As directed by BJP J&K President to initiate Disciplinary Proceedings against them, Party’s three-member disciplinary committee comprising Chief Spokesperson Sunil Sethi, Varinderjit Singh and N D Rajwal served Show Cause Notice to Municipal Councilors Anirudh Sharma (Ward 7), Bhopinder Raj (Ward 14), Ravinder Pathania (Ward 20), Karan Singh (Ward 11) and Joginder Pal (Ward 17) of Kathua Municipal Committee for act of gross indiscipline by moving No Confidence Motion against Party elected representatives in Municipal Committee Kathua.
The aforesaid Councilors are directed to submit their reply within 4 days to Disciplinary Committee as to why they shouldn’t be expelled from Primary Membership of Bharatiya Janata Party for this act of indiscipline.
They are also directed to immediately withdraw theirselves from No Confidence Motion before submitting reply to show Cause Notice.
