POONCH: Unlike previous years, the festival of Guru Purnima was celebrated with simplicity due to COVID-19 pandemic at Baba Biramshah Gurgadi Guru Niwas, Poonch on Friday.
As per sources, during previous years, a number of followers from across the nation visited Baba Biramshah Gurgadi for seeking blessings of Guru Bhai Lokesh Datt but this time no hustle bustle was witnessed. Guruji said that he had advised all devotees to celebrate Guru Purnima at their residences, to save themselves from coronavirus.
During the function, Guruji prayed for peace and good health of people throughout the country and entire world.
