STATE TIMES NEWS Kishtwar: Social activist of District Kishtwar Joginder Bhandari has strongly criticised the concerned department for its failure to maintain Hasti – Sarthal road despite spending crores of rupees the road is still in dilapidated condition for which lakhs pilgrims visiting Sarthal Devi Ji temple every year have to face difficulties even the said road has not been black topped since decades as a result of deep detaches have been developed at many places. Bhandari has said that the said road is in worst condition since long and is full of muddy patches and potholes . The dilapidated condition of the road has put the lives of the locals at great risk . He said that during rainy season the said road becomes almost impossible for the people to commute. Bhandari has demanded handing over of Hasti Sarthal Devi road to BEACON organization so that the pilgrims visiting Sarthal Devi Temple and the inhabitants may not suffer any longer.
