STATE TIMES NEWS JAMMU: Jodhamal Public school conducted the international and legacy edition to its signature annual Quizzing event which has been its forte Jodhamal Public school on Friday organised the second edition of “InQUIZitive” wherein schools from countries such as Sri Lanka, Palestine, Nepal, Afghanistan, India and Bangladesh along with the prestigious schools of the country like Modern School Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, Sanskriti School New Delhi, The Scindia School Gwalior, Sri Jain International School, Aurangabad and Welham’s School Dehradun fought the battle of brains for the top honours. The quiz master Sanjay Pandey conducted the quiz. The students Rahul Pandey and Shreyansh Krishna from Modern School Barakhamba Road emerged as winners of the quiz and won a cash prize of Rs 25,000. Jodhamal Public School stood second with Naunidh Singh and Lakshav Singh Sambyal winning Rs 15,000 cash prize. The third prize was bagged by Sanskrit School, New Delhi with its students Divyansh Shah and Asmit Kumar giving a tough fight to other participants and bagging a cash prize of Rs 10,000. Zakir Hussain, one of the mentors from Robertson High School, Bangladesh, emphasized on the conduction of such exciting events for the enhancement of mutual exchange of ideas and culture. Teachers and participants from Palestine and Nepal also thanked Jodhamal School for the opportunity to participate in an International Quiz, with teams from 7 Asian Countries. The Trustee of Jodhamal Public School, Nandan Kuthiala along with the Principal Dr. Deep Khare congratulated the winning teams and encouraged the efforts put by the Quizmaster Sanjay Pandey and the Sr. CCA Coordinator Mubeen Butt for their execution of the programme.
