JeM module busted in Jammu, 4 terrorists held

JAMMU: Ahead of the I-Day celebrations, the security forces in Jammu claimed to have busted a module of Jaish-e-Mohammad a terrorist outfit, and arrested four terrorists on Saturday.

Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Jammu zone, Mukesh Singh told that a JeM module has been busted in Jammu.

“We have arrested four terrorists of this module,” he said.

ADGP further added that arrested terrorists were planning collection of arms dropped through drones and supply to the active terrorists of JeM in Kashmir.

Singh further claimed that the terrorists were planning to carry out a vehicle-based Improvised Explosive Device (IED) attack in Jammu before 15 August and reconnaissance of important targets in other parts of the country.
