Jammu: Chairman All State Kashmiri Pandit Ekta Manch, Chand Ji Khar and Patron/president Neel Nag Self Help Group Nagrota, Ashok Kumar Koul on Wednesday accorded farewell to outgoing Relief and Rehabilitation (R&R) Commissioner (Migrant), Tej Krishan Bhat.
They also welcomed the newly appointed Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (M) Ashok Kumar Pandita.
Others present on the occasion include President All State Kashmiri Pandit Ekta Manch Chand Ji Bhat, Vice President V K Pandita and Executive Member NNSHG, Ravinder Singh besides all officers and staff members.
Chand Ji Khar and Ashok Koul hailed Tej Krishan Bhat for his efforts and dedication for the betterment of displaced community. They also appreciated the role of Bhat for preparing Domicile Certificates.
