STATE TIMES NEWS POONCH: Dr. Najam Din, known in literary circles by his pen name Dr Najam Bhat resident of Mastandara Tehsil Surankote District Poonch has been declared for the award of Doctor of Literature (D.Litt) specialising in Language and Literature by the California Public University, United States of America. As per statement issued here, the result was declared recently. Dr Bhat is working in Higher Education Department as Lecturer in Urdu on Academic Arrangement Basis since 2007. He served in twelve Government Degree/PG Colleges including Poonch, Rajouri, Bhaderwah, Ramban, Budhal, Dooru, Goal, Sumbal, Ganderbal, Leh, GCW Anantnag and Parade Ground Jammu in UT of J&K as well as Ladakh. He is a highly qualified Lecturer having masters in three subjects including Education, Urdu and Sociology, He did B.Ed, UGC-NET and Ph.D in Urdu. He is an active, dedicated, hardworking and a sincere Lecturer. He has honoured three more award including Best Lecturer of the Year, Best Teacher and Indian Prime Quality Education award and has been selected for two more awards including Bharat Shiksha award.
