JAMMU, Sept 16: Department of Environmental Sciences of Government Degree College (GDC) Bishnah organised an online inter-college poster making competition on the theme ‘Save Ozone Layer-Save Earth’, today.
This competition was organized under the guidance of College Principal, Dr Anuradha Pandoh wherein Ashwani Singh from GDC Udhampur won 1st position, whereas Sourav Kumar from GDC Bishnah clinched 2nd position and Tania Mehra from GDC Bishnah bagged 3rd position.
This competition was judged by Prof Rashmi Arya, Department of English, Prof Ratika Sharma, Department of Physics, and Dr Sheetu Raina, Department of Zoology from GDC Bishnah. The first three winners of this activity were awarded with certificates of merit, while the rest of the participants were given certificates of appreciation.
The event was organised by Dr Asha Singh, HoD Environmental Sciences.
