SAMBA: Sleuths of Income Tax Department on Thursday raided premises of a walnut factory namely M/s V K Chander Shekhar and Corporation along lane No.8, 52-B Birpur Industrial complex. The unit was involved in processing Walnuts, cashew nuts and groundnuts with an annual quantum of production 500 Mt per Annum. It is pertinent to mention here Gagan Jain, son of Vijay Jain, resident of Jammu is owner of unit. Sleuths examined accounts and audits of unit and seized some records for further scrutiny.
