Jammu: The government on Monday constituted of five-member panel for rolling out at legacy data Management system.
“Sanction is accorded to the constitution of the committee for formulating an action plan for digitization, scanning and uploading of Legacy Data on NGDRS in liaison with the office of Registrar General J&K High Court,” reads an order issued by Vijay Kumar Bidhuri Commissioner/ Secretary, Revenue Department.
it added, “The committee shall proceed with the digitisation and scanning of legacy data of the preceding 20 years in the first instance as is essential under BRAP/EoDB.”
As per order, the committee will be comprised of Inspector General of Registration J&K; Additional Secretary Revenue Department; Additional Secretary Information Technology Department; Additional Secretary, Department of Law Justice & PA; and State Informatics Officer (SIO), NIC, J&K.
“The committee shall submit its report within one month,” the order stated.
