VIJAYPUR: On the directions of M.D JPDCL Shiv Anant Tayal, rigorous inspections were conducted on Vijaypur II feeder, the said feeder has been chosen on Pilot basis by the MD to minimize its AT&C losses and improve its quality of power supply.
Today total of 68 consumers were inspected in W No 2 and 8 and load of 32 KW was regularized with security of around Rs 44,000 to be imposed in the next Bill’s of consumers.
Few connections having huge arrears were also disconnected and advised to deposited part payments for reconnection. Consumers were also sensitized to use only load as per agreement, use ISI mark and power efficient appliances. Use of Nichrome has been totally banned in the state and person found using raw heaters of such type will be booked as per law. Cooperation of public was sought to make pilot feeder a reality for supply of quality power which is only possible when consumers will abide by the rules of the department. The team was supervised by Executive Engineer Electric Division Vijaypur Er B N Bhandari, headed by AEE Er Yash pal and accompanied by AE Sajada Begum JEs Ravi, Ankush, Sat Dev, Ramesh, Bodhraj, Rajiv, Shrashta line staff Arjun, Desraj, Bansi.
