Sirsa police have booked assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Shiv Kumar and four other police employees from Sonipat for allegedly kidnapping a man from Jaipur in neighbouring Rajasthan and transferring 30 bitcoins, worth about Rs 9 crore, from the complainant’s mobile to another account.
