RAJOURI: Army organised an ‘Amity Meeting’ at Panchayat Ghar, Gagrote, which was attended by Sarpanchs and residents from Villages of Seri, Deeing and Gagrote in District Rajouri. During the meet, issues related to regional harmony, socio – economic development and welfare schemes launched by the government for empowerment of youth especially women, were deliberated upon. The discussions were conducted in a congenial and friendly atmosphere, thereby ensuring that all attendees were able to share their opinions and aspirations for the larger betterment of the community. The gathering also appreciated the efforts of the Indian Army towards ensuring peace and harmony in the society.
