Foreign minister S Jaishankar on Saturday blamed China for the current LAC situation, saying Beijing had violated written agreements by amassing forces along the border and this is an issue of legitimate concern for the entire international community. While confirming that the issue came up at the Quad meeting on Friday, the minister also said repeated criticism by China won’t make the Quad any less credible.
