KATHUA: Under the aegis of “Civic Action Programme” wheel chairs distribution function was conducted at District Police Lines Kathua for physically challenged persons in which SSP Kathua R C Kotwal distributed wheelchairs to the 10 physically challenged persons including Women and Men. On this occasion, ASP Kathua Suresh Kumar Chib, DySP DAR Kathua, Sukhdev Singh along with other officials were also present. SSP Kathua stated that physically challenged persons constitute equal part of the society as others do. So, we as a human being, need to give them proper care and attention whenever and wherever needed. Time and again, Kathua Police have always stood with the needy through different means and shall remain committed to do the same in future as well by taking various best possible initiatives from time to time. In addition to it, SSP Kathua interacted with the beneficiaries who hailed the efforts of Kathua Police for taking the initiative.
