As Lok Sabha debated the “situation in Ukraine”, on a resolution moved by RSP MP N KPremachandran and Congress’ Manish Tewari, Congress, TMC, DMK and NCP among others lamented the war and destruction wrought by Russia’s invasion. At the same time, most members slammed the “chest thumping” and “publicity mongering” resorted to by BJP leaders and ministers in the evacuation of students.
