JAMMU: Complaint has been lodged with Superintendent of Police of Cyber Cell against anonymous black mailer using fake name as Mohd Shabir who keeps on lodging false and frivolous complaints in different departments, (excise department in particular) to defame and black mail few persons for his vested interests.
The Superintendent of Police, Cyber Cell instructed his subordinate staff to locate and identify the anonymous black mailer at an earliest so that proper action be taken against him.
