In the all-too recurrent game of thrones, former Tamil Nadu chief minister Edappadi K Palaniswami (EPS) on Monday emerged supreme leader of AIADMK and ousted main rival O Panneerselvam (OPS) from the party. The AIADMK headquarters was sealed after it turned into a battlefield with OPS and his supporters storming it while the general council of the party was being held at another venue on the outskirts of the city.
