The minister highlighted that more than 1 crore vehicles were ready for scrapping in India. To assist the government’s vision of creating an efficient vehicle scrapping mechanism which is essential to the automotive industry’s growth, OEMs must also invest in the scrapping industry which is due positive growth in the coming time.
