Delhi minister Rajendra Pal Gautam who stoked controversy with his attendance at an event for mass conversion to Buddhism, has resigned. Gautam, the social welfare minister in the Arvind Kejriwal cabinet, announced his resignation in a letter typed on his letterhead. However it was not addressed to anyone in particular.
