The Gujarat high court asked the government on Thursday to increase the compensation money to nearly Rs 10 lakh for each fatality in the Morbi suspension bridge collapse, saying the current amount of Rs 4 lakh is inadequate. It said Rs 50,000 for the injured is a small amount too.
