The Delhi Police on Monday informed the Supreme Court that conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar allegedly impersonated the then SC judge Kurian Joseph and the Union home and law secretaries to influence the judiciary, extort money and get desired facilities when he was lodged as an undertrial in jail.
