In a boost to its maritime capability amid ongoing attempts by China for grabbing strategic space in the Indian Ocean Region, Indian Navy on Sunday, commissioned the indigenously-built guided missile destroyer INS Mormugao. Defence minister Rajnath Singh, Navy chief Admiral R Hari Kumar and Goa CM Pramod Sawant were among those present at the commissioning ceremony in Mumbai.
