External affairs minister S Jaishankar said that over 50 NDRF search and rescue personnel are part of the first batch which has reached Turkey. The government on Monday decided to dispatch search and rescue teams of the NDRF, medical teams and relief material to earthquake-hit Turkey following PM Narendra Modi’s instructions to offer all possible assistance to the country.
