Hundreds of students of autonomous, constituent and self-financing colleges in the state who completed their degree courses in 2020-21 and 2021-22 have been unable to get jobs due to the delay on the part of various universities in distributing graduation certificates. University officials blamed it on the governor’s office and the higher education department for not giving dates to hold convocations.
