The Ajit Pawar faction of the Nationalist Congress Party on Friday approached the Election Commission yet again to reiterate their claim on the party name and symbol. Ajit Pawar, who split the party with 8 other NCP MLAs, had first petitioned the Election Commission on June 30 to stake claim to the party symbol.
