With winnability as the sole criteria, the BJP leadership has already instructed several senior Rajya Sabha members and ex-RS members to be prepared to face the people’s mandate in the coming Lok Sabha polls 2024. Sources said that following this, several senior RS members in Uttar Pradesh have already begun exploring their first-choice constituency thus keeping the sitting Lok Sabha members from those seats on tenterhooks.
