In an indication of rising tension between the Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), both of whom are members of the opposition bloc INDIA, Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday took a potshot at the “terrible condition” of schools in Congress-ruled Chhattisgarh.
