The ‘Delhi Chalo’ agitation leaders rejected the government’s proposal to buy pulses, maize, and cotton at MSP. The proposed government plan included the purchase of pulses, maize, and cotton crops at MSP for five years. The Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM) dismissed the offer, insisting on the ‘C-2 plus 50 per cent’ formula for MSP.
