JAMMU, Nov 2: The Union Territory administration in Ladakh has ordered that Dr Tsewang Thinglas, who is currently serving as Officiating Executive Engineer, PMGSY, Leh, shall hold the additional responsibility of Superintending Engineer, PMGSY, Leh.
