JAMMU, Dec 13: The Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Manoj Sinha has extended the tenure of Prof Nazir Ganaie as Vice Chancellor of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences-Kashmir (SKUAST-K) for a period of two years.
