JAMMU, Nov 1: An alleged bovine smuggler was among the two people who were booked under the stringent Public Safety Act (PSA) by the police in Jammu district today.
One Reham Ali of Harsha Tokadian, Tehsil Marh, District Jammu, who was wanted for his involvement in bovine smuggling, with multiple FIRs registered against him, has been booked under the PSA by a team of Police Station Kanachak, police said.

Another individual, Raj Kumar of House number 127, Lane number 9, Keran Gurah, Bantalab, Jammu, whom police identified as a “chronic troublemaker”, has been booked under the PSA by a team of Police Station Nagrota.
Both Ali and Kumar have been lodged in District Jail Poonch, officials said.
