Victims of Terrorism for settlement of demands

JAMMU, Nov 1: Accusing the Government of totally ignoring the displaced Kashmiri Pandits’ leading an exiled life for last 36 years, president Victims of Terrorism, Dilip Pandita today urged the Government to solve the pressing issues of the community without any further delay.
In a statement issued here, today, he demanded enhancement of monthly relief, providing of one Government job to every displaced family, one time compensation for over-aged youth, compensation for left over and damaged properties, restoration of encroached land of displaced Pandits and that of their shrines and temples. Pandita warned that in case the genuine demands of displaced pundits are not settled his organisation will be forced to take to streets.
