BUDGAM, Nov 2: BJP general secretary (Org) Ashok Koul urged the people to strengthen the party by extending full support to it’s candidate, Aga Syed Mohsin, who he said represents the vision of development, peace, and accountability in Budgam.
Koul along with other senior party leaders was addressing election meetings in various areas of Budgam Assembly segment today.
The party has intensified its campaign for the Budgam Assembly constituency by-election, with Ashok Koul, leading a series of meetings across multiple booths in the area.
The senior party leaders who accompanied Koul included Hakeem Ruhalla, BJP district president, Budgam, Imtiyaz Bhat, Sheikh Bashir, and Sunita Raina. They visited Booth No. 71 at Hakarmulla Budgam, Booth Nos. A.B 36 & 37 at Wahpora Budgam and other nearby locations in the area to mobilize party workers and interact with the local electorate.
Addressing the gatherings, “The BJP stands for a transparent, people-centric Government that ensures justice to every section of society. The days of neglect and favoritism are over. Budgam deserves modern infrastructure, better education, youth empowerment, and employment opportunities,” Koul asserted.
He emphasized that the Modi Government has given special focus to Jammu and Kashmir, ensuring equitable development and empowerment of Panchayati Raj institutions. Every vote for the BJP is a vote for stability, development, and self-reliance, he added.
Hakeem Ruhalla said that the overwhelming enthusiasm among the people reflects growing trust in the BJP’s policies and the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. Budgam is ready for a change, and the support for Aga Syed Mohsin is increasing with each passing day, he said.
The meetings witnessed enthusiastic participation of booth-level workers and residents, marking a renewed momentum in the BJP’s campaign drive in Budgam.
