Elvis Presley superfan Claire Starring has bought “Lil’ Graceland”, a Memphis home inspired by the singer’s famous estate, for $150,000. The three-bedroom property was previously bought for $55,000 in 2017. Starring plans to keep its retro interiors, remodel two backyard caravans for guests and continue using the property as a short-term rental, recording studio and film and photo location.
