Electoral rolls in Uttar Pradesh have reported unusual entries that have sparked concerns over their accuracy. Notable entries include voters with odd names and details that do not align with reality. The Chief Electoral Officer stated that fewer than 150 inaccuracies were identified among 14.8 lakh registered voters. Despite the digital system’s introduction, verification processes remain questioned after complaints from various political parties.
