Acting promptly on the report, a search team led by PSI Sunil Raskotra was constituted to trace the missing girl. The same evening, Police received information that body of an unidentified girl was lying in Manzimkunda forest area near Gool town and cops rushed to the spot and found the body of a young woman inside a Dhok with throat slit.
