Preparations for Parshuram Jayanti reviewed

SAMBA, Mar 13: In view of celebrating the upcoming Parshuram Jayanti in a grand and devotional manner, members of the Brahman Sabha organized an important meeting with local residents at Jatwal under Ghagwal Sub Division today.
The meeting was led by Raj Kumar Sharma, president of the Industrial Association Hiranagar. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding the religious and social programs to be organized on the occasion of Parshuram Jayanti.
The members decided that this year a grand religious program will be organized at the Parshuram Temple Gurha Mundiyan in Hiranagar, where a large number of devotees from the surrounding areas are expected to participate.
On the occasion, several religious activities such as Puja, Havan-Yajna, Bhajan-Kirtan, and spiritual discourses will be organized to create an atmosphere of devotion and faith across the region. It was also decided in the meeting that a large and attractive religious procession (Jhanki) will be taken out on the occasion of Parshuram Jayanti this year.
Speakers appealed to people from all sections of society to participate enthusiastically and contribute towards making the program successful.
Prominent among those present on the occasion included- Ex-BDC Chairman Vijay Tagotra, Ex-DDC Suresh Kumar Falli, Ex- Sarpanch Bharat Bhushan, Jagram Sharma, Ajit Kumar Sharma, Bal Krishan Sharma, Ganesh Sharma, Yograj Sharma, Naresh Goswami and others.
