SRINAGAR, Mar 20: Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated across Jammu and Kashmir tomorrow with religious fervour and gaiety.
As the Shawwal moon was not sighted anywhere last evening in the region, Muslims today continued the fast for the 30th day of Ramadan.

Masjids and Eidgahs across J&K are being prepared to host thousands of worshippers for the special Eid prayers tomorrow morning.
The Eid congregations in the Valley are expected to take place at Hazratbal, Khanqah-e-Muala, Ziarat Syed Sahib at Sonwar, Janab Sahib Soura, Asar-e-Sharif Kalashpora, Asar-e-Sharif Lal Bazar and other Majids and shrines.
Religious scholars urged devotees to help those in need and spreading the true spirit of Eid throughout the community.
