UDHAMPUR: Delhi Public School (DPS) Udhampur organised an extensive career orientation for the students of classes 9th to 12th in collaboration With Campus Coach-India’s leading on campus monitoring programme for schools, an initiative by EduAce Service Group.
The speakers for the session were Abhishekh R Ganesh Regional Head (South India) Admissions and Outreach, MS Manisha Aggrawal Country Head Operations and School Engagement South Asia Hub RMIT University, Amrit Jaggi Manager-Institute Engagement Global University System, Neeraj Tipani Manager Admissions and Outreach Shiv Nadar University and Gurnam Jagota Assistant Director Outreach Ahmedabad University.
Pro Vice Chairperson DPS Udhampur, Dr J.C Gupta, Managing Director, Vivek Gupta and Director, Suchita Gupta wre present in the seminar.
The aim behind this career counseling workshop was to give the glance of career options available under various streams for kids.
Dr JC Gupta stated that one should choose career options that match one’s values because knowing what you value most will help you refine your career search choice and values such as helping others prestige high income flexible work hours. School has been always looking for excellent options for its kids.
Principal of the School, Dr Kunal Anand stated that undoubtedly the knowledge shared by the resource persons will be beneficial for the parents and the students and session like these always help the kids to understand what exactly is beneficial for them rather being confused or being dependent on others to choose career options for them.
