JAMMU: The Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court transferred two District & Sessions Judges.
According to an order issued by Jawad Ahmed Registrar General of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court, Riyaz-UI-Haq Mirza, Additional District & Sessions Judge Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Shopian against a vacancy anticipated on superannuation of incumbent officer on July 31, 2021 while Masarat Roohi, Registrar Rules, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, is transferred and posted as Additional District & Sessions Judge, Srinagar vice Riyaz-UI-Haq Mirza. It was further ordered that transfers shall be effective from August 1, 2021.
