KATHUA: At least 23 passengers got injured when a mini-bus, they were travelling in, turned turtle in district Kathua on Wednesday.
As per details, a mini-bus on way from from Billawar to Katli suddenly turned turtle after going out of control at Zero Morh area of Billawar. As the mini-bus turned turtle in fields along roadside, 23 passengers got injured and were shifted to hospital. The injured were identified as Bashir Ahmed (driver), son of Sultan, resident of Lohai Malhar; Manav Kumar, son of Sanjay, resident of Dewal Billawar; Jagdish Chand, son of Isher Dass, resident of Baggan; Sheela Devi, wife of Kartar Chand, resident of Dewal Billawar; Bholli Devi, wife of Kewal Kumar, resident of Lodnoo; Zahida Bano, wife of Talib Hussain, resident of Malhar; Saleema Bano, wife of Parvez, resident of Malhar; Sham Lal, son of Krishan Chand, resident of Machhedi; Reenu Bala, daughter of Des Raj, resident of Marhoon; Nitan Singh, son of Mohinder Singh, resident of Marhoon; Kanchan Thakur, daughter of Munshi Ram, resident of Marhoon; Veena Devi, daughter of Des Raj, resident of Marhoon; Vaniyak, son of Badhur Singh , resident of Marhoon; Badhur Singh, son of Raj Kumar, resident of Marhoon; Makhni Devi, wife of Badhur Singh, resident of Marhoon; Nancy Chark, daughter of Badhur Singh, resident of Marhoon; Subash Chand, son of Gourkhu, resident of Machhedi; Reeno Devi, wife of Subash Singh, resident of Mecchadi; Golu Devi, wife of Bhagat Ram, resident of Katli; Rushi Devi, daughter of Prabhat Kumar, resident of Kishanpur; Parul, daughter of Prabhat Kumar, resident of Kishanpur; Shanni Devi, wife of Hansraj, resident of lower Baggan and Barkat Ali, son of Gul Mohd, resident of Malhar.
