JAMMU: Police on Saturday nabbed two drug peddlers and recovered 90 gm Charas from their possession.
As per details, a party from Police Station Nagrota led by SHO Mohd Showkat while on Naka duty at TCP Nagrota rounded up two suspects in a vehicle (JK01AW 6402). During search, 90 gm Charas was recovered from their possession. The duo was identified as Bankesh Kumar, son of Birbal Sharma, resident of Bain Bajalta, Sidhra and Vicky Kumar, son of Narain Dass, resident of Chak Bajalta, Sidhra. FIR No. 344/2021 under sections 8/20 of NDPS Act was registered against them at Police Station Nagrota. The overall arrest and recoveries were made under the supervision of SDPO Nagrota Parupkar Singh.
