JAMMU: To brighten hope for a greener tomorrow, Jakians of Class 7th of JK Public School (JKPS) Panjtirthi conducted a digital assembly on the theme World Conservation Day.
In this virtual assembly, the students drew the attention of the viewers towards the significance of sustainable development and took a pledge to protect, conserve and sustainably manage the natural resources for a better future.
Jakians further spoke about the importance of healthy environment.
They displayed many slogans to ensure the well being of the present and future generations.
Students showcased their talents through mesmerizing speech, recitation and quotes.
The Principal of JKPS Panjtirthi, Suman Banbah virtually advised the Jakians to actively participate to protect, conserve and manage our natural resources.
She further expressed that we all have learnt the value of our natural resources and we should be thankful to our mother nature for blessing us with this admirable flora and fauna.
