KATHUA: Police on Thursday detained owner of a house and driver of a truck for black-marketing of Govt cement and seized 250 bags from their possession.
As per details, on specific information, police raided a house in Kaniyadi village of Kathua and seized 250 bags of cement meant for Govt supply. During the raid, police also arrested driver of truck who unloaded the cement in the house, while house owner was also detained. Both are being questioned and some more arrests are likely in the matter.
