7th Edition of MUN concludes at KCPS

JAMMU, Nov 1: The 7th Model United Nations (MUN) Conference 2025 concluded today at KC Public School, Jammu, with over 200 student delegates from leading schools across the region. Deputy Commissioner Samba, Ayushi Sudan, graced the closing ceremony as chief guest.
The three-day conference provided a platform for students to debate global issues, exchange perspectives, and develop leadership and diplomatic skills. The ceremony began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by a welcome address by A.K. Mishra, Principal, KCPS.
Awards were presented to delegates for their outstanding performances across seven committees. In the UNSC Committee, Best Delegate was Aayan Singh (KC International School); High Commendation went to Aarav Singh (KCPS). UNCSW Best Delegate: Sarvagya Sharma (KC International School). COP30 Best Delegate: Gautam Bhagat (KCPS). Lok Sabha Best Delegate: Suhas Koul (KCPS). AIPPM Best Delegate: Manini Sharma (DPS Jammu). UNHRC Best Delegate: Aaradhya Gupta (KC International School). In the IP Committee, Best Delegate (Photography) went to Ashni Raina (KCPS), while Best Delegate (Journalism) was Aditya Sharma (KC International School).
The overall best delegation trophy was awarded to KC International School. Sudan congratulated the participants for their active engagement, while Sanjay Pandey, Vice Principal, KCPS, expressed gratitude to the Chief Guest and all participating schools.
